Joinery Production Manager
We seek to appoint an experienced Joinery Production Manager with the ability to work on own initiative to manage our bespoke joinery manufacturing operation.
The position will incorporate interpreting drawings and manufacturing requirements, production planning, organising labour, stock control, purchasing, plant control, organising plant and facility maintenance, transport management and quality management.
Candidates are required to be experienced within a bespoke joinery manufacturing facility and experience within a shopfitting or interiors company would be preferred.
The position will report to the Operations Director. The Company offers a competitive salary and life assurance benefit, with 20 days holiday rising to 25 days over a period plus 8 statutory days.

CAD Operator / Operations Assistant
We seek to appoint an experienced CAD Operator with the ability to work on own initiative to produce manufacturing drawings for our joinery manufacturing plant and site layout drawings using AutoCAD LT2002.
The position will also incorporate assisting our Operations Director with organising manufacturing and site operations including producing production instructions and cutting lists, requisitioning and ordering materials, plant control, arranging transport, organisation of labour and general administration.
Candidates are required to be proficient in the use of AutoCAD LT2002 and Microsoft Office. Experience within a Shopfitting or Interiors Company would be preferred.
